摘要
根据惠东县国民经济和社会发展战略、自然资源特点、产业结构调整和地域布局规划、主要用地需求量预测、各类用地调整指标以及部门用地布局规划等资料,在综合分析全县土地利用现状、区位优势、土地利用有利条件和存在问题的基础上,对惠东县的土地利用进行综合分区和空间管制分区,并提出土地管理的基本策略。
According to data of national economy, social development strategies, industral structure, regional layout planning, adjustment index of all kinds of land-use and layout planning of sector＇s land-use, based on comprehensive analysis on present land-use situation, location advantage, favorable condition of land-use and existed problems of the Huidong county, comprehensive divided district and divided district of spatial control are carded out on land-use of Huidong County, some basic strategies are put forward： （1） strict implementation of land administration law; （2） improment of science and technology level of land administration; （3） establishment and perfect the supervision checking system of land.
