摘要
目前在金属成形仿真过程中,有限元模拟分析技术已得到了广泛的应用.但对与一些大变形金属成形问题的模拟分析,采用传统的有限元时会遇到一些诸如网格畸变、网格移动和网格重划分等问题.但随着数值分析技术的发展,无网格法在金属的大变形模拟分析中得到了广泛的关注.文章在介绍无网格法的基础上、针对特定的工程事例、把无网格法用于解决金属圆环镦粗问题中,最后把计算结果和有限元法的计算结果进行了对比,展示了无网格法良好的优越性.
Although FEM has been widely used in simulating metal forming processes, problems with the grid arrangement were frequently encountered when the conventional FEM with grids was utilized for simulating metal forming processes with large deformation. A gridless FEM was therefore developed for the purpose,and the method is detailed and used to deal with the upsetting of metal rings in the present article. A comparison of the gridless FEM with the conventional one demonstrated a striking advantage of the former over the latter.
