摘要
运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对PD75150新型颚式破碎机的动颚体进行结构强度优化设计。运用均匀化的概念,通过参数化建模,对模型上主要受力处的尺寸进行优化、评估和修正,然后进行有限元再分析,最终优化后的模型在一定程度上达到了动颚体结构强度优化的目的,为动颚体进行更进一步的结构强度优化提供了理论分析数据和参考方向。
Optimization design on structure intensity of moving jaw of PD75150 new jaw crusher's is done with FEA soft ANSYS.Some dimensions of place which larger press is forcing on are optimized,evaluated and revised according to the homogenization concept and parametric modeling,then the model is analyzed again,the object to make moving jaw structure intensity optimization has been completed in a certain extent in the end.So some theory data and reference direction for optimizing structure intensity of moving jaw further are acquired.
