摘要
根据响水风电场风机基础沉降观测实践,总结了类似条件下确保观测精度和提高观测效率的几点方法,对已吊装完成的27台风机的基础沉降资料进行了分析,探讨了沉降及不均匀沉降的主要原因,针对某台不均匀沉降较大的风机提出了灌浆处理方案,并对灌浆加固原理及控制要点进行了阐述。
Based on the observation on the foundation settlement for the wind turbines of Xiangshui Wind Farm, some methods to ensure the observation precision and enhance the observation efficiency under the similar conditions are summarized herein, and then the foundation settlement data from 27 wind turbines after lifting assembly are analyzed and the main causations of the settle- ments and uneven settlements are discussed. On the basis of this, a grouting treatment scheme for a wind turbine with larger uneven settlement is put forward along with the expatiations made on both the principle and the key control point of the grouting reinforcement.
