摘要
结合我国风电开发的需要和风能资源的特点,建立了包括风力条件、地质地形条件、极端气候条件及其他相关的外围条件等信息数据库,利用GIS技术及系统分析方法,开发了风资源信息管理与分析评价系统,实现了对大量风资源相关信息的系统管理和针对具体区域风能资源的初步分析评价。
In accordance with the demands of the wind power resources development and the characteristics of wind energy in China, the information databases for the data such as wind conditions, geological terrain conditions, extreme weather conditions and the other relevant external conditions, etc. are established ; for which a information management, analysis and evaluation system for the wind resources is developed with GIS technology and systematic analysis method concerned, and then the systematic management on large amount of the relevant wind resources information and the preliminary analysis on the wind resources of the specific regions are realized as well.
