摘要
采用锰铜压阻法对微尺度装药条件下JO-9C的爆压进行实验测定,得到了不同装药条件下的爆轰传播规律。实验结果表明:在同一装药直径下,JO-9C传爆药的爆压值随约束强度的降低而下降,且直径越小,约束条件的影响越为显著;在同一约束条件下,装药的爆压值随着直径的减小而减小,直径越小,爆压值下降速度越快。研究结果对微型火工品的设计具有指导意义。
The pressure of Jo-9c with small charged dimension is tested by manganese-copper pressure method in order to obtain the detonation rule on different conditions. The result shows that when the charged diameters are the same, the detonation pressures tend to decrease with the reduction of restraint intensity, the smaller the diameter is, the greater the effect of the restraint condition is. Meanwhile, when restraint conditions are the same, the detonation pressures tend to decrease with the reduction of diameter, the smaller the diameter is, the faster the detonation pressure decreases. The findings exert important significance on the design of mini-initiators and pyrotechnics.
