摘要
目的获取中国女性压力性尿失禁的影响因素、高危人群的有关流行信息。方法采用电子检索和手工检索进行文献初检,纳入运用患者对照研究的、以评价压力性尿失禁危险因素为主要内容的文献共19篇。数据使用Cochrane协作网提供的专用RevMan 4.2进行统计数据分析。根据合并数据后的比值比(OR)及其95%可信区间(95%CI)值结果评定其影响因素。结果中国女性压力性尿失禁的患病影响因素有慢性支气管炎、尿路感染、糖尿病、心血管疾病、分娩方式、绝经、肥胖、分娩次数等。结论尿失禁防治应加强基层卫生保健工作,重视慢性基础疾病的诊治疗。
Objective To study the risk factors for stress incontinence in China femal and the epidemiologieal information of the high risk group. Methods Electronic database and handsearch were applied in recent Chinese Journal. 19 literatures with case control study were included which reported risk factors for stress incontinence in China femal. Data were extracted independently by three reviewers. Statistical analysis were performed with Ravman 4.2. Influencing factors were evaluated according to the affiliated odds ratio （OR） and 95% confidence interval （95% CI）. Result In China the influencing factors for stress incontinence in femal are chronic bronchitis, urinary tract infection, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, childbearing modality, menopause, corpulency, drink, childbearing frequency. Conclusion Primary health care should be strengthened, diagnosis and treatment to chronieity disease should be thought highly of.
