摘要
本文针对浙江省棉纺织企业的情况,思考如何依靠科技创新,加快技术进步,转变经济增长方式。从市场出发,在适当减量的同时提升产品档次,搞好技术改造和产品结构调整,实现产业升级,是我省棉纺织企业该走的路。
Aiming at the cotton textile enterprises in Zhejiang, this paper studies on how to promote technological progress and transform economic growth mode by depending on scientific and technological innovation. The way for those enterprises to go is to start from the market, to advance product quality alongside the proper decrease of quantities, to make technological transformation and product structure adjustment and to realize product upgrade.
