摘要
研究生产链控制系统,建立了多产品生产链原料的最优配置模型,并采用动态规划技术,给出了求解所建模型的方法。该模型根据订单数量、库存容量及生产能力,在满足市场需求的情况下生产产品,最优地配置每一生产阶段所需原料及数量,使生产运营成本最小化。
In this paper, a production chain system is investigated. An optimal configuration model of the raw materials of the multi-product production chain is set up. Using the method of dynamic configuration, the scheme of obtaining the solutions of the proposed model is given. The proposed model optimally deploys the raw materials and the quantity in every stage of production to meet the market demand and minimizes the operation costs, according to the order quantity, storage capacity and producing capability.
