大学图书馆是大学人文精神最有代表性的载体,也是大学精神的主要载体。大学图书馆人文精神是指在图书馆工作实践过程中所体现的以人为本的思想。"以人为本,读者至上"的服务理念则是大学图书馆人文精神的集中体现。大学图书馆的人文建设需要在人文管理中得以体现和落实。
The university libraries are the most typical representative of the humanistic spirit of the university, and also a main representative of university spirits. The humanistic spirit of university libraries means people - oriented ideas in library work practice. The service principle of ~ people - orientation and reader - orientation＂ is the concentrated embodiment of the humanistic spirit of the university library. The humanistic construction of the university libraries needs to be carried out in the humanistic management.
