摘要
内蒙古自治区煤炭资源储量大,煤系共生和伴生矿产资源丰富。经过多年的开发建设已初步形成了以煤炭为基础的能源工业体系,煤炭产业已成为地方经济的支柱产业和国家重要的煤炭安全供应保障基地。伴随着煤炭产业的快速发展,煤炭资源综合利用水平不高,产业链条短,局部地区环境污染和生态破坏严重等问题也越来越突出,针对煤炭产业发展中出现的问题提出了对策和建议。
There are large coal resources reserves and being plenty of rich coal and associated symbiotic mineral resources in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. After yearS of development and construction, a coal - based energy industrial system has initially formed, the coal industry has become a pillar industry of local economy and national coal security -assuring base. Along with the rapid development of coal industry, the problems such as low resources comprehensive utilization level , the short indastrial chain, serious environmental pollution in some areas and ecological damage and other problems becoming more and more prominent, according to the above mentioned the author putts forward some recommendations.
