摘要
周期性的光子晶体中存在电磁波的负折射现象.然而,这些研究主要集中在周期性结构中,对非周期结构的研究还没有相关的报道.研究从实验和理论两个方面证明了非周期性十二重准晶光子结构同样存在负折射,并且可以实现超透镜的远场成像.利用楔形结构来验证这些条件:在频率为11.82 GHz时,准周期光子晶体可以实现负折射,并且对应的有效折射率接近于-1.与周期性光子晶体相比准晶更接近于各向同性.
The negative refraction of periodic photonic crystal has been proved. In this paper, we studied both theoretically and experimentally the condition for obtaining the negative refraction in a possessing 12-fold symmetry quasiperiodic photonic crystal (QPC). The most important application of the negative refraction materials is superlens. The focusing and imaging in QPC superlens were studied. We carried out a wedge type of experiment to test the condition. It was found that the QPC exhibit the negative refraction behavior for 11.82 GHz, where the effective refractive index is close to - 1. Compared with the PCs, the QPC is closer to a homogeneous structure.
