摘要
光照强度是决定反应器内微生物生长的重要因素之一。对反应器内光强分布情况建立了辐射传递方程(radiative transfer equation,RTE)。考虑了太阳光直射和散射的强度分布、微生物的吸收、散射系数在波长上的分布情况,通过数值方法得出了在波段300~900nm时,反应器内部的光强与反应器厚度之间的关系,进而为改善光在反应器内分布和光反应器的结构优化设计奠定基础。
Light intensity is a crucial factor that determines the growth rate of the microorganisms. The light intensity distribution in the photobioreacotor, exposing to the collimated and diffused irradiance, was studied by mathematically solving the Radiative Transfer Equation (RTE). The solar spectral irradiance from 300 nm to 900 nm and the absorption and scattered coefficients of the microorganisms were taken into consideration. The relationship between the light intensity and the thickness of the photobioreactor was presented, which provides the fundamentals for the optimal design of the photobioreactor in the near future.
