A novel ZCS full-bridge DC-DC converter based on auxiliary active circuit

摘要 提出了一种新型的零电流全桥DC-DC变换器。该变换器不仅能在全负载范围内实现所有开关管的零电流开关,还实现了输出整流管的软换流。分析了该变换器的软开关实现原理,并采用DSP芯片TMS320F2812作为控制器,设计了变换器数字控制系统,成功研制了一台1kW,25kHz软开关电源。试验结果验证了这种新型PWM DC-DC变换器相关理论的正确性。 This paper proposes a novel ZCS (zero-current-switching) PWM full-bridge DC-DC converter. The proposed converter can achieve ZCS for all the active switches in the entire load ranges, also it realizes soft commutation for the output rectifier diodes. The soft-switching operating principle of the converter was analyzed, and digital control system was designed using TMS320F2812 DSP chip. A 1kW, 25kHz soft-switch power source was developed, and the experimental results have verified the principle and characteristics of the proposed soft-switching converter.
