电磁连铸对黄铜凝固组织和性能的影响 被引量:9

EFFECT OF ELECTROMAGNETICALLY CONTINUOUS CASTING ON SOLIDIFICATION STRUCTURE AND PROPERTY OF BRASS

摘要 实验研究电磁连铸在黄铜半连铸生产中的应用,及其对铜坯凝固组织、力学性能、物理性能的影响。H96和H65黄铜圆坯电磁连铸生产实验的结果表明,电磁连铸使铜液的流动增强,有利于熔池中温度的均匀化,实现了晶核数目的增值,表现在铸坯组织的细化和等轴晶范围与比率上升,铸坯密度增大,力学性能和导电率提高。 Experiment of electromagnetically continuous casting (EMC) was used to cast brass alloys H96 and H65 to investigate the effects of electromagnetic field on the solidification structure, mechanical properties and physical properties of the billets, and to explore the application of EMC in the vertical semi-continuous casting of brass alloys. The electromagnetic stirring promoted the melt movement, made the temperature field in the whole melt more homogeneous and resulted in nuclei multiplication. The rates of fine grain size and columnar grains increased, the density of ingot enhanced and the mechanical property, conductivity were improved.
