摘要
信息化是农村与城市发展衔接的纽带,信息技术在农业生产、农产品经营和农民生活中的作用日益突出,显现出对农村经济发展的巨大促进作用。我国城乡之间仍存在巨大的数字鸿沟,今后应加强农业信息技术研究开发和农村信息服务硬件条件建设,整合现有信息资源,积极推广应用低成本信息技术产品,努力提高农村信息服务能力。
Informatization is the important link between the urban and rural development. Information technology has played an increasingly significant role in the agricultural production, management and livelihood of farmers. Informatization has becoming a driving force for the economy development of rural area. There is still wide digital gap between the city and country. It is highly necessary to strengthen rural information research and development, information infrastructure, integration of existing information resources, and wide application of low cost information products, so as to upgrade the capacity of rural information service.
