摘要
德国中小学教师培养分修业和研修两个阶段。研修阶段的课程以专题的形式,紧密结合教学工作的实际进行实施。研修期一般为期两年,研修生通过制定教学计划、选择教学策略、实施课堂教学,进一步深入理解教育理论知识、巩固专业知识和学科教学法知识。对研修生学习的评价须通过参加包括教育教学论文、案例分析、口试和课堂教学四个部分的第二次国家考试,重点是考查和评价学生的教育教学能力。德国巴伐利亚州中小学教师培养研修阶段注重对学生作为教师的各种教育教学能力的培养、突出教师职业的专业性,这对我国教师的职前培养和职后培训都颇有借鉴价值。
In Germany primary and high school teachers' training are divided into two stages: academic studies and research. In the research stage, all activities are conducted in the form of special topics combined closely with actual teaching work. The length of the stage is generally two years, during which researchers will have a further understanding of educational theories and consolidate their professional knowledge and methodology knowledge by working out teaching plans, selecting teaching strategies and conducting teaching. The evaluation of researchers' study must include a state examination in which there are four parts : a thesis on education and teaching, a case analysis, an oral test, and classroom teaching with the key point to test and examine researchers' ability of educating and teaching. In Bavaria, during the research stage, focus is put on the cultivation of teachers ability of educating and teaching and the standing out of their specialty. What they are practicing.will be beneficial to teachers' pre - vocational and post - vocational training in our country.
