摘要
在修订后的《义务教育法》实施过程中,农村义务教育投入仍然存在投入体制、投入总量太小、投入经费结构不合理、投入缺乏监督机制等问题,必须在法律层面加强立法,以法律的方式确保农村义务教育的投入。
In the course of implementing the revised Compulsory Education Act,there are still some problems,such as less input capital system,the total less input volume,non-rational structure of capital and lack of supervision system,etc.In this field,it is necessary to enact law to make sure the educational capital in the compulsory education.
