摘要
目的:评价头孢哌酮-舒巴坦钠在治疗糖尿病合并泌尿系感染时的疗效和安全性。方法:收集134例糖尿病合并泌尿系统感染患者的临床治疗资料,其中86例应用头孢哌酮-舒巴坦治疗,2.0g/12h,静脉滴注;48例应用头孢甲肟治疗,2.0g/12h,静脉滴注。结果:应用头孢哌酮-舒巴坦钠和头孢甲肟治疗糖尿病合并泌尿系统感染的临床有效率分别是83.72%和82.15%,细菌清除率为89.55%和85.71%,两种治疗方法疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:头孢哌酮-舒巴坦治疗糖尿病合并泌尿系统感染疗效明显而且安全性好。
Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of Cefperazone - Sulbactam in the treatment of diabetes combining with urinary system infection. Method Total 134 patients with diabetes combining with urinary system infection were divided into two group in term of using antibiotics type. The 86 subjectives were treated with Cefperazone -Sulbactam （2.0g, q12h,ivd）. The 48 subjectives were treated with Cefmenoxime （2. 0g, q12h,ivd）. Results The clinical effective rate of Cefperazone- Sulbaetam and Cefmenoxime treating diabetes combining with urinary system infection were 83.72% and 82. 15 % , respectively. Bacterium eliminating rate were 89. 55% and 85.71% , respectively. There was no significantly difference between the two group for above results（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Cefperazone - Sulbactam treating diabetes combining with urinary system infection is significantly effective and its safety is good.
