科学发展观是高校图书馆发展的重要指导思想,坚持科学发展观必须做到:图书馆的管理和服务坚持以人为本,文献资源坚持全面、协调和可持续发展,硬件建设要统筹兼顾。
The scientific outlook on development is the important guiding ideology in the development of university libraries. To adhere to the scientific outlook on development, the university library must insist on the people-oriented management and service, the all-around, harmonious and sustainable development of the literal resources, giving overall consideration of hardware construction.
