爆炸焊接间隙与复合界面缺陷形成机理的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 爆炸焊接结合界面有很多缺陷是由于间隙参数引起的,而间隙产生界面缺陷的机理目前尚无人研究。实验证明,由间隙引起的界面缺陷主要有两类:残留的间隙被压缩在界面内和间隙造成界面过熔。通过试验分析了这两类缺陷产生的原因主要是由于复板板面不平,少数间隙承载过重而残留在界面内所致。通过理论分析,验证了此类缺陷的产生和间隙开口方位相对于爆轰波传播方向有关,消除或减小了缺陷的发生机率。 It has found that there are some defects caused by gap pillars , which that the mechanism in theory of it has not studied by anyone until now. It proved that there are two kinds of defects caused by gap pillars: one of it is the hold downed gap pillars compressed in interface; another one is the superfusion in interface. This article analyses the problem in theory and practical, and pointed out that it is caused by irregular surface of clad and few gap pillars which is hold down in the interface for heavy load on it. The results of experiment and theoretical analysis are show that the defects occurred in interface is related to the orientation of detonation waves propagating and the open position of gap pillars, and that the defects can be eliminated or reduced.
