摘要
对钛铝基和铌铝金属间类陶瓷复合材料在快速走丝电火花线切割加工中加工速度缓慢、加工间隙易堵塞以及放电不稳定等加工现象作了详细地分析和研究,针对这些不稳定因素和加工现状,提出了优化切割工艺技巧、合理匹配加工参数、净化工作液质量等一系列改进措施,为进一步改善加工质量,提高生产率和加工精度具有一定的借鉴意义。
In this paper,the phenomenon that some ceramic composite material between Ti-Al or Nb-Al metal processing speed,pluging the gap as well as discharging instability in the fast-WEDM was analyzed researched in detail.For those not stabilizing factor and status,a series of measures,such as optimizing cutting techniques,matching processing parameters reasonably,purifying working fluid,have been improved. It has certain significance to improve quality,productivity and machining accuracy.
