摘要 流化床中大颗粒煤的热解与粉煤炉中粉煤的热解有很大差别,其过程由煤粒内部的传热和化学动力学联合控制,除必须考虑热解热效应对热解过程的影响外,还应考虑温度对热解动力学的影响。本文应用双方程化学动力学模型,考虑了热解热效应,对流化床大颗粒煤的热解规律进行计算模拟,并与实验结果比较,取得较好结果。 The mechanism of devolatilization of large coal particle in a fluidized bed is quite different from that of pulverized coal in a pulverized coal burner.It is controlled by both heat transfer inside particle and chemical kinetics.Besides heat effect of devolatilization the effect of temperature distribution inside particle on chemical kinetics must be considered.This paper presents a computational simulation of large coal particle devolatilization in a fluidized bed considering heat effect of devolatilization and applying bi equation model of chemical kinetics.The simulation result is quite in agreement with the experimental results.
