胰腺癌淋巴结转移特性与淋巴结清扫 被引量：5

摘要 近年，有关胰腺癌诊治的研究取得了很大进步，但病人术后5年生存率仍低于5％，这可能主要与其侵袭性生物学特性和早期诊断困难密切相关。越来越多的临床研究表明。淋巴转移是胰腺癌主要转移途径，也是影响胰腺癌手术疗效和预后的重要因素之一，已成为国内外胰腺癌研究的热点。
