大学新生肥胖与饮食及相关因素关系的研究 被引量:5

A case-control study on association between obesity and dietary and relative factors in university freshmen

摘要 目的:了解大学新生单纯性肥胖与饮食及相关因素的关系,为预防肥胖提供科学依据。方法:抽取4114名本科大学生,进行医学体格检查。从中选择病例和对照,病例以BMI≥24为标准,对照则为BMI﹤24体重正常学生。共选择606例的单纯性肥胖或超重的学生,按同性别和同地区(严格身份证地区号配比)对照进行配对,对单纯性肥胖与饮食及相关因素的关系进行病例对照研究。应用条件Logistic回归模型进行单因素和多变量分析。结果:学生肥胖与饮食习惯和每日饮食摄入量有关。进餐速度越快、每日主食摄入量、每日肉食摄入量和每日鸡蛋摄入量越多,发生肥胖的危险性越大。经相关因素调整后,这些因素仍然与肥胖有关。而与每日蔬菜摄入量无关。结论:大学新生单纯性肥胖与每日饮食量和不良饮食习惯有关。 Objective: To study the association between eating quantity, dietary habits and relative factors and obesity of the freshmen in Tianjin,and provide the baseline information for obesity prevention. Methods: A pair-matched case-control study was conducted with data of epidemiological sampling survey of university freshmen from one college in Tianjin in 2006. The 606 obesity cases were selected from 4 114 freshmen in the survey. The controls were selected from other freshmen with normal weight. The cases and controls were matched by sex and area code (elected by identity card). The conditional logistic regression model was used to analyze risk factors for obesity. Results: The results showed freshmen obesity related to eating quantity. The more daily intake of staple food, meat and egg, the bigger risk of developing obesity. After adjusting for relative factors, these factors were still related to obesity. The results did not show the correlation of obesity with daily intake of vegetables. Conclusion: The daily eating food quantity and eating habit relate to the simple obesity of university freshmen.
