摘要
王净净教授认为:癫痫病位在脑,涉及心肝脾肾;主要病机为火炎风动,痰浊瘀阻,气机逆乱,蒙蔽清窍,脑神失控;临床治疗应中西病证结合、标本兼顾、分清缓急,关键治法在于活血化瘀、熄风祛痰,佐以健脾理气,醒神开窍。
Pre. WANG Jing-jing points out that the disease location of epilepsy mainly exists in the brain, involving in the spleen, liver, kidney and the heart. The main pathogeneses lie in fire flaming and wind blowing, turbid phlegm and stasis obstruction, choroids blocking, reversing and disturbing of qi - activity, beclouding of the upper orifices, failure of spiritual concentration. Integrating TCM and west medicine, distinguish degree of urgency, taking consideration into fundamentals and manifest in clinical therapy, The key to the treatment are to activate blood circulation and dissipate blood stasis, expellee phlegm and subduing wind, assisted with strengthening spleen and regulating vital energy, rousing the spirit and resuscitating the orifices.
