摘要
以马来酸酐、丙烯酸高碳醇酯、丙烯酰胺为原料,合成了一种能够同时改善柴油低温流动性能和润滑性能的三元共聚添加剂。并指出该三元共聚物最适宜相对分子质量范围是1.5~2.0×104,添加量为250mg/kg,可使实验用油的冷滤点降至-22℃,小球磨痕降至392μm。
In this paper, a terpolymer additive capable of improving the low temperature flow property and lubricity of diesel simuhaneously was synthesized using maleic anhydride, acrylates of higher alcohols and acrylamide as starting materials. Tests showed that the optimal range of molecular weight of the terpolymer was 1.5 - 2.0 × 10^4, and the cold filter plugging point of the diesel tested at an additive dosage of 250 mg/kg could be decreased to -22 ℃ ,while the wear scar revealed by the four-ball machine was decreased to 392 μm.
