摘要
杂散光是衡量分光光度计性能的重要参数之一。杂散光的大小对于分光光度计测量结果有很大的影响。作者结合实际工作就杂散光的来源、杂散光对分光光度计测量结果的影响、杂散光的检测、如何减小杂散光对分光光度计测量结果的影响等方面进行了分析。
Stray light is one of the key parameters to evaluate spectrophotometer＇s performance. It can affect the data from spectrophotometer significantly. The sources Of stray light, stray light＇s influence on the data from speetrophotometer, and how to detect stray light were discussed by combining with practical work. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to decrease the influence of stray light.
