三氯化铁溶解重铬酸钾滴定法快速分析海绵铁中金属铁

摘要 利用金属铁易溶解于三氯化铁而铁的其他化合物不被溶解的特性[1]。试样以三氯化铁溶液选择性的使金属铁溶解后,金属铁则被氧化为二氯化铁于试液中,然后过滤分离不溶解样品残渣。定容、移取部分滤液用硫磷混酸酸化后,以二苯胺磺酸钠为指示剂,用重铬酸钾滴定法直接测定海绵铁中金属铁。 This method makes use of the characteristics of metallic iron being likely to be dissolved in ferric chloride while other compounds of iron undissolved. After metallic iron in a sample was selectively dissolved in ferric chloride while metallic iron was oxidized in the test solution and then insoluble residue of the sample filtrated and separated. With the filtered solution volume-fixed, a part of it was taken and acidified with mixed acid of sulfur and phosphor, with di-aniline sodium sulphonate as an indicator, the potassium dichromate titrimetric method was directly used to determine metallic iron in sponge iron, showing satisfactory results.
