肌力训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 脑卒中后绝大部分患者存在下肢运动功能障碍,给患者生活、工作、学习造成严重影响。参与为增加肌力和体能而制定的运动训练可以明显改善脑卒中患者的肌力和运动功能。本研究通过对脑卒中患者进行常规康复治疗结合肌力训练观察其对下肢运动功能的影响。
