摘要
组态软件是具有数据采集和过程控制功能的专用软件,是在自动控制系统监控层一级的软件平台和开发环境;PLC是以微处理器为核心的通用工业自动控制装置,是工业自动化的三大技术支柱之一。从组态软件和PLC控制的特点出发,结合工控设备的实际需要开发基于PLC控制的虚拟设备,给出了虚拟设备开发的流程图,并从一个虚拟工业控制机械手的实际例子出发阐述了工控虚拟设备开发的整个过程,介绍了工控虚拟设备在科研开发、员工培训和实践教学中的重要作用。
Configuration software is a special software with data collecting and process control, which is a kind of software platform and development environment under automatic control system; PLC is a general in- dustry control device with the core of microprocessor, and one of three important technologies for industrial automation. This paper develops virtual device based on PLC in the practical need of industrial control device, from the characteristic of PLC and configuration software control. The simulating program flowchart is given and the whole process of virtual device development is expounded with an example of virtual industrial control robot; in addition, the paper introduces important roles of virtual industrial control device in research and de- velopment,staff training and practical teaching.
