低压直流供电紧凑型荧光灯的智能电子镇流器设计

摘要 设计了一种基于ATTINY13V单片机的12V直流供电新型节能灯电子镇流器(Electronic Ballast,简称EB),给出了详细的硬件电路,对电子镇流器的结构及其工作过程进行了分析。通过软件控制,实现荧光灯预热启动、二级调光、恒功率控制、异常保护等功能。给出了软件程序流程图,并对电子镇流器工作性能进行了测试与分析。实验表明该电子镇流器与荧光灯管具有较好的匹配性,灯丝预热效果和启动特性良好,灯管功率稳定。 A new intelligent electronic ballast for fluorescent lamp with 12V DC supply based on ATTINY13V was presented in this paper. Its particular hardware circuit was given and its operating process was analyzed. The software can ensure lamp ' s reliable pre-heating ignition and constant-power operation, and realize two grade dimming control, abnormity protection. The software flow chart was given and the ballast performance characteristics was tested and analyzed. The result showed a good compatibility between the EB and fluorescent lamp. And the Preheating and starting characteristics was good. Fluorescent lamp worked steadily.
