摘要
在造纸机中有许多传动点由两台电动机拖动,由于两台电动机的机械特性不同,在工作过程中的出力存在差异即输出转矩不同,从而造成一台电机出力不够,而另一台电机过载烧毁。因此,负荷分配是造纸机电机拖动控制设计时考虑的重要方面之一。在分析负荷不均衡产生原因的基础上,得出负荷分配的原理,设计出一种基于Profibus现场总线通信的以PLC为控制器、变频器为拖动的造纸机负荷分配系统。生产运行显示造纸机的负荷控制精度进一步提高。
When an apparatus is driven by two motors together, the load distribution unbalance happens between the motors, due to the different mechanical character of the motors. Then it causes one motor lacking in load, another overload, even burn out. So the design of drive control system of paper' machine must pay attention to the load's balance. On the basis of the analysis of the load unbalance and load distribution principle, a paper machine load distribution system is designed based on the advanced PROFIBUS field-bus technology, and using PLC as control center, transducer as executive. The system application shows that load distribution control precision of paper maehine improves evidently.
