摘要
目的:对郑州市各县(市)、区疾控机构水质理化实验室质量控制考核结果进行综合分析评价,并找出存在问题,使各参控实验室检测质量进一步得到提高。方法:用具体明确的考核指标(并赋予不同权重)形成综合评价标准表对各实验室质控检测情况进行综合评价分析,确定各实验室质控考核结果的等级。结果:经综合评价,有4个实验室质控考核优秀,占33.3%,有6个实验室质控考核良好,占50%,有2个实验室质控考核合格,占16.7%。结果显示,绝大多数实验室测定结果都在总体均值附近,准确性较好,但在原始记录、报告格式等方面还存在一些问题有待规范。结论:通过综合评价和反馈,各实验室应及时修正工作中的不足之处,进一步加强质量管理,规范检测工作程序,不断提高检测工作质量和技术水平。
Objective： Finding out the existing problems so as to improve the quality of laboratory tests through the analysis and evaluation to the quality control results of the physical and chemical laboratory for drinking water of Zhengzhou institution of disease prevention and control. Methods： Using the comprehensive evaluation standard form which includes specific evaluation index and different weight to evaluate the testing laboratory to know the quality control level of the laboratory. Results： Through the comprehensive evaluation to the quality control of the laboratory, four laboratories （33%） are excellent, six laboratories （50%） are good, two laboratories （ 16.7% ） are eligible. Results：Show that most laboratories testing results are good in accuracy, but in original records and report format, there still are some problems to be regulated. Conclusion ： Through the comprehensive evaluation and feedback, the laboratory shall correct the deficiency in time, further strengthen the quality management and standardize the testing procedures, and constantly improve the quality of examination and technology level.
