中和剂配制及对残留消毒剂作用效果评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的:为了准确、方便检测使用中消毒剂的污染菌。方法:配制一种广谱中和剂,并采用悬液法观察其对5种残留消毒剂的作用效果。结果:所配中和剂对0.5%过氧乙酸,84消毒液(1:200),2%戊二醛,75%乙醇,0.5%碘伏中和后菌落回收误差率分别是5.1%,3.5%,8.5%,6.3%,7.4%,均在规定范围内。结论:配制的中和剂能有效中和上述5种消毒剂对受试菌的残留作用,且中和剂及中和产物对受试菌的生长无影响。 Objective:To detect the contaminated bacteria in the disinfectant more accurately and conveniently. Methods:A kind of broad - spectrum neutralizer was prepared and the effects on the 5 different kinds of disinfectant were studied by suspension test. Results :0. 5% peroxyacetic acid , 84 disinfection solution ( 1 : 200), 2% glutaraldehyde, 75% ethanol and 0. 5% io- dophor were neutralized by the neutralizer we prepared and the recovery error rates of the bacterial colonies were 5.1%, 3.5 % , 8.5% ,6. 3% ,7.4% respectively. All the recovery error rates are within the acceptable limit. Conclusion:The neutralizer prepared can neutralize the remnant disinfectant effectively and both the neutralizer and the neutralization products have no effect on the growth of the bacteria tested.
