摘要
项目融资方式有很多优点,但其有比较大的风险。因此,项目融资风险分析及防范是关系项目成败的关键因素。通过对大型煤化工项目融资可能的风险进行分析,并提出了防范风险的措施。
Although project financing has many advantages,it is very risky.So the risk analysis and risk mitigation plan for project financing is a key factor which determines the project s success.In this paper,possible risks in project financing for large coal to chemical projects are analyzed and measures to prevent risks are proposed.
