摘要
目的:观察评估尺神经前移联合肱骨内上髁切除术治疗肘管综合征的疗效,探讨该术式的优点。方法:采用尺神经前移联合肱骨内上髁切除的方法,对36例肘管综合征患者进行治疗,术后随访,根据患者症状、肌力和满意度评估疗效。结果:随访24个月(6～36个月),术后患者疗效显著,麻木、疼痛症状减轻或消失,肌力恢复,满意度达94.4%,无复发,恢复时间短。结论:尺神经前移联合肱骨内上髁切除术能有效解除尺神经的卡压,具有恢复快,损伤小、不易复发等优点。
Object: Evaluate the treatment effect of cubital tunnel sydrome which treated by ulnar anterior transposition combined with medial epicondylectomy.Explore the advantages of this method.Methods:36 cases were surgical treated by ulnar anterior transposition combined with medial epicondylectomy. Assess the effect by symptom, muscle strength and patients degree of satisfaction. Result: All cases were fellowed-up. The symptoms of pain and numbress relieved or dissappeared,muscls strength recovered, No complications occurred and no case recurrented.Conclusion: Ulnar anterior transposition combined with medial epicondy lectomy can treat the cubital tunnel syndrome effectively.This method have some advantages,such as less injury,lower recurrent rate and shorter recovery period.
