论美国护理学科建制化过程特点

The characteristics of nursing discipline institutionalization in the United States

摘要 分析总结了美国护理学科建制化过程的6个特点:①社会需求是基本出发点;②高等护理教育是决定性因素;③学科建设机制是主要动力;④创新理念是主线;⑤专科化是主要方向;⑥从植入到生成是根本。在此基础上提出从植入性转变为生成性是我国护理发展的根本性问题。 Six characteristics of nursing discipline institutionalization in United States were summarized in this paper: ①the social needs were the basic starting point;② the nursing higher education was the decisive factor;③the subject-building mechanism was the main driving forces;④ the innovation was the main line; ⑤the specialization was the main direction;⑥ the transition from implantation to generation was the foundation. So it was suggested that the transition from implantation to generation was the fundamental problem of the development for nursing discipline in our country.
