摘要
山西省高新技术创业中心是在山西省科委科技体制改革总体框架的构筑过程中创办的，经过几年的努力和探索取得了可喜的成绩。文章介绍了创业中心几年来的实施效果和运作方法，探讨了运作过程中存在的问题，并就风险投资机制的培育和发展。
Advanced Technology Business Incubator Centre of Shanxi Province (SATBIC)was established in the course of the construction of overall frame of sci-tech system reform of SSTC (Shanxi Scientific & Technological Commission ).After the efforts and explorations of some years it has obtained gratifying achievements .This paper introduces practising effects and operating methods of SATBIC ,probes into problems existing in the course of its operation, and puts forward some suggestions about cultivation and development of venture capital mechanism .
