摘要
目的探讨高压注射器与多层螺旋CT（MSCT）扫描相匹配运用提高影像诊断准确性。方法选取2007年10月-2008年3月下肢CTA病例48例,其中男性27名、女性21名,分析高压注射器和多层螺旋CT结合的合理应用方法。结果高压注射器与下肢血管扫描准确时间的应用,可取得良好的影像效果。结论高压注射器在下肢血管扫描中的应用非常重要,有助于提高影像诊断疾病的准确性。
Objective To investigate combining application of high-pressure syringe and muti-slice CT（MSCT） in order to improve accurate diagnosis of arterial disease in lower extremity. Methods 48 cases（male 27, female 21） undergone CT angiography（CTA） of lower extremity from October 2007 to March 2008 were enrolled in this study. The combining application of high-pressure syringe and MSCT were respectively analyzed. Results Satisfactory images were obtained by combining application of high- pressure syringe and MSCT.Conclusion High-pressure syringe is very important in CT angiography,leading to high accurate diagnosis of arterial diseases in lower extremity.
