摘要
自１９９７年４～１２月，采用后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺疾病１３例，其中皮质醇腺瘤２例，醛固酮腺瘤５例，肾上腺囊肿３例，髓质脂肪瘤２例，无功能腺瘤１例。手术全部成功，无严重并发症发生。术中出血６７±２７ｍｌ，均未输血，术后住院４～１６天，平均６±３天。与传统手术相比，具有创伤小，康复快，住院时间短等优点。该方法可望成为肾上腺良性疾病首选疗法。
From Apr to Dec of 1997,retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery was carried out for 13 cases of adrenal diseases.There were 2 adrenocortical adenoma,5 aldosterone preducing adenoma,3 adrenal cyst,2 myelolipoma and l nonfunctional adrenocortical adenoma.Success has been achieved in all without major complications.Intraoperative blood loss was 67.69±27.13ml and transfusion was not required.Postoperative hospital stay was 6.46±3.02 days.Retroperitoneal laparoscopy was less traumatic to the patients,with less po stoperative discomfort and quicker recovery and should be considered the first choice of therapy for benign adrenal diseases.
