摘要
分别给予含醋酸铅0、10、30、90、270、810mg/kg的饲料喂养幼年SD大鼠连续8周,用碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶法(即APAAP法)测定了经8周不同剂量铅暴露后大鼠T细胞亚群(CD4、CD8)的分布,并用原子吸收石墨炉法测定血铅。结果显示:各剂量铅暴露组血铅明显升高,T细胞亚群分布异常,CD4减少,CD4/CD8降低,并随着各组血铅浓度的升高而减少;CD8亚群各组间无明显差异。提示:长期低铅染毒可影响大鼠T细胞亚群的分布。
Sixty SD rats were fed on diets with lead acetate (PbAc 2) at doses of 0, 10, 30, 90, 270 and 810 mg/kg for 8 weeks. Blood lead concentration was detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and T lymphocyte subsets (CD 4, CD 8) by the APAAP assay after the exposure. The results showed that levels of blood lead significantly enhanced and the number of CD 4 T cell, the ratio of CD 4/CD 8 decreased in the experimantal groups. And there was negative correlation between blood lead level and number of CD 4 T cell, the ratio of CD 4/CD 8. It suggested that long term lead exposure would exert influence on the distribution of T lymphocyte subsets.
