摘要
目的:总结支气管扩张咯血在纤维支气管镜下局部止血的观察与护理。方法:对57例支气管扩张咯血病人在纤维支气管镜直视下对出血部位局部喷洒凝血酶溶液(凝血酶200～400U用生理盐水5至10ml溶解)。结果:显效51例,效果不佳5例,死亡1例。结论:充分的术前准备,有效的护患沟通,娴熟的术中配合是保证治疗顺利进行的重要举措。
Objective：To investigate the nursing in local treatment of bronchiectasis patients with hemoptysis by bronchofibroscope. Methods：57 cases of bronchiectasis patients with hemoptysis underwent the treatments of aspersing the thrombin solution on bleeding part,in which thrombin solution was made of 200 - 400U thrombin diluted with any dosage range from 5 milliliter to 10 milliliter physiological saline. Results： By above therapy, the effectiveness of 51 cases was significant, the one of 5 cases was not good and 1 case died. Conclusions：It is important to take therapeutic measures of sufficiently preoperative preparations, effective communications between nurses and patients and skilled matching daring operations to ensure the treatment success.
