摘要
本文介绍手部“无人区”肌腱损伤Ｉ期修复后的康复治疗方法及影响手功能恢复的因素．28名患者经1周～8周的系列治疗，并随访21名患者，获得优10例，良6例，可3例，差2例的较满意疗效．
To investigate the rehabilitation of tendon ijury in 'no man' zone of hand after one stage reconstruction, and effects of hand functional recove completed rehabilitation had been performed in 28 cases for 1 to 8 weeks. Among them. 21 cases were folioed up. Effections were divided into 4 ranks, there were excellent (10 cases). fine (6 cases), common (3 cases), failed (2 cases) respectively. The results satisfied with curative effect.
