摘要 为提高容积法柴油机模型在全工况范围的准确性,使用非线性最小二乘法得到台架试验各种工况点的燃烧参数。通过非线性多元回归分析得到燃烧参数的回归模型,用回归模型代替传统的插值法计算柴油机变工况燃烧过程。仿真实验表明改进的容积法模型能准确地预测柴油机在变工况下的性能,模型的实时性佳。此模型对研究变距桨船舶柴油机的控制策略及其动态性能具有较强的实用价值。 To improve diesel engine filling and emptying method model accuracy under variable operating condition, the combustion process parameters are obtained by nonlinear least squares method. The regression model of these parameters is generated by non-linear multiple regression analysis. Instead of interpolation method, the regression model is used to compute combustion process under variable operating condition. Simulations demonstrate that the improved filling and emptying method model can predict the diesel engine performance accurately under variable operating condition and the model is real time. The improved model has a great practical value on the study of marine diesel engine control strategy and engine dynamic performance driving with controllable pitch propeller.
