摘要
随着我国城市化的快速演进,城市中出现了一种边缘化群体——"拾荒者"。以城市"拾荒者"为研究对象,从法社会学的视角透析拾荒群体产生与留存的社会动因,并深入剖析了当下城市"拾荒者"的正向功能,建构规范有序的"拾荒者"管理要目,促成城市环境善治、"两型社会"型塑与"拾荒者"优化生存的多元跃升。
With the rapid development of urbanization in China, ＂those glean and collect craps＂ on margins appear in the city. The paper takes ＂those glean and collect craps＂ as the subject, analyzes the reason of creation and existence of ＂those glean and collect craps＂ and positive function from the perspective of legal sociology, and establishes norm management countermeasures, so as to well protect urban environment, construct ＂two type society＂ and optimize the life of ＂those glean and collect craps＂.
