摘要
笔者通过对河南省第一家种粮衣民专业合作社-固始金谷农科种粮农民专业合作社与带有联合社性质的信阳市金谷农科种粮农民专业合作社的筹建过程与运行情况的调查、研究与思考，分析了组建辐射面、组织难度最大的种粮农民专业合作社对豫南稻区粮食生产现代化的的重大意义，对种粮农民专业合作社组织与治理结构的优化做出了探讨与分析，提出了构建符合豫南稻区粮食生产实际情况的种粮农民专业合作社的前提、条件，方法和要点。
