摘要
药物制荆是将药物制成与给药途径相适应的于患者应用的最佳给药形式的药荆。发展理想的制剂，不但可以提高药物的疗效和稳定性、减少不良反应，还是增加药品生产附加值的重要手段，也是降低医药费用，减轻病人负担和医疗改革的一个重要内容。报载：我省近年医药工业效益下滑的原因之一为：重原料轻制荆。附加值高的制荆比重不到20％，而附加值较低的、存在一定污染的原料药的比重高达56％。因此发展制剂的生产，尤其是新制荆的创新研发是值得我们药学工作者重视的。本文就医院制剂、工业制剂及制剂创新的关系及存在的问题作一讨论。不当之处，请批评指正。
