摘要
站在产业核心竞争力的立场,中国电视内容产业核心竞争力的影响因素由外围表现因素和内部控制因素两个层级构成。外围表现因素主要包括资源、资本、技术、组织和渠道,内部控制因素主要包括成本、质量、人才、策略。
Looked from the perspective of industry core competence, the factors behind the core competence of the TV content industry in China include external performance factors and internal control factors. The former consists of resources, capital, technology,and marketing channels while the latter involves cost, quality, talents and strategy.
