摘要
随着回采工作面长度的不断增大,工作面采煤循环时间不断增加,这既限制了产量的提高,也降低了工作面推进速度,尤其给超长回采工作面顶板管理带来了困难。在已有研究成果的基础上,结合当前采煤技术水平,提出了长壁工作面多机联合采煤工艺的概念。研究认为,多机联合采煤工艺理论上可进一步挖掘回采工作面产能空间,实现高产高效。
With the continued enlargement of the coal mining face width and the continued increase of the face mining circulation time, the coal production to be increased would be restricted and the mining face advancing rate would be reduced. Especially, the coal mining face with over width would bring up the difficulties in the roof management. Base on the available research achievements, in combined with the present coal mining technology, the paper provided the conception of the longwall coal mining face with a multi coal shearers combined mining technology. The research held that theoretically the multi coal shearers combined coal mining technology could be further to develop the production space of the coal mining face for the high production and high efficiency.
